Kara is a proud alumnus of Howard University located in Washington, DC.  She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Communications from the John H. Johnson School of Communications.  Kara was born and raised in gritty Cleveland, OH, but has recently relocated to shiny Los Angeles, CA to pursue a career in the entertainment industry.

Kara enjoys trying new food, discovering new music, writing creatively, reading NY Times Best Sellers, eating great food, and sipping wine on weeknights with her girlfriends. You may also find her attending a party in an upscale LA neighborhood or exploring new trendy hot spots around town.  Lastly, Kara loves meeting new people and devouring good food.  She loves food.

As a young woman of color, Kara hopes to not only add insight to women of color, but to also offer pearls of wisdom to all women.  By sharing her trials and tribulations, heartbreaks and sorrows, joys and blessings, her ultimate goal is to connect with all Twenty5ers.
